Formula Development​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
We will work with you on development of special products, including spice and herb blends and

vegetable mixes.

 

Private Labeling​​​​​​​​​​
Development and start-up of private label programs for foodservice and retail.

Packing & Repacking​​​​​​​​​​
We can pack, repack, or re-bag items into almost any sizes of containers or bags,

depending upon the customers requirements. Common options include bags, drums,

totes and boxes for industrial applications; bottles, boxes and bags for food service

applications and sample sizes in jars, bottles or bags.

 

Bottling​​​​​​​​​​
We can pack liquid or powder products into 4-ounce, 6.5-ounce and 8-ounce bottles, as well as 1lb
and 5lb foodservice bottles.

 

Labeling​​​​​​​​​​
We can add foodservice front/back, wrap and top/bottom labels, as well as bulk ingredients labels

for industrial use.

 

Warehousing​​​​​​​​​​
We provide warehousing in our Chicago area facilities for food items, including spices, dehydrated

fruits and vegetables, herbs, oils and oleoresins.

 

Milling​​​​​​​​​​
Milling services include heat sensitive milling with the use of nitrogen or CO2, fine powder milling

with 100+-mesh powders and rough sizing for products such as green bell pepper granules and minced chilies.

Sifting/Screening​​​​​​​​​​
We can sift or screen to any specification and mesh size.

Metal Inspection​​​​​​​​​​
Services include metal detector drops, use of rare earth magnets and metal detection of bulk bags.

Blending​​​​​​​​​​
Henry Broch offers dry blending of fine powders, salts, granulates, leafy products and herbs as well as liquid blending of oleoresins, oils, flavors and sauces.

Product Rework​​​​​​​​​​
We can assist with product rework projects, which may be necessary because of:
• Incorrect labels, date codes or lot numbers
• Damaged bags, boxes, pails, drums, totes, etc
• Under-filled consumer products
• Out of spec products due to wrong formulation
• Out of spec due to too wrong specification or size
